Plate 5L:
Plate 5L was manufactured in late 1855 and used continuously until about February 24, 1857. There are at least 41 misplaced transfers on this plate. All stamps from this plate have inner lines, although due to entensive reentry, many lines are very faint. Approximately 20,569,800 stamps (102,849 impressions) were printed from Plate 5L.
